Step 1:
Open The Bottles & Book A Call
So many people feel intimidated and let their bottles gather dust, this is the only real mistake you can make! Choose to be confident, these have been used since biblical times, we have just forgotten how, open your bottles, inhale from the cap (so not too strong) and just let the change instantly ripple through your cells.
Get curious, uses the guides and resources highlighted below to look up all the oils you already have, try other uses, find at least a couple of ways to use each oil that interests you. Bring them into your daily routine, have them to hand where you will use them, open the bottles every day and incorporate into your life wherever possible. Enjoy the process, be inspired, after a while it will be second nature but there are always more fun and excited tips, uses and combinations to try & learn about! Everyone is different some prefer to learn with books, some you tube videos, sm, and live events are always a fun.

Check you have been added to these forums on facebook, and turn on the notifications. If you also include "PDF" you should get the official product description.
*Beware of many doTERRA haters from companies who do not have tested oils. I only listen to trusted people after going down many rabbit holes. Do not hesitate to ask us questions directly.
