My name is Ebony, very nice to welcome you.  'Shine From Inside' is all about complimentary approaches to solving your complaints, solutions that work.

I felt I had no choice but to start this hub of information after my own experience with mis-diagnosis, no solutions, and, at times, a feeling of no hope, yet, ultimately a struggle I am grateful for and have learnt so much through.​​
​
​So many opinions, conflicting information and approaches to healing can be exhausting, time consuming and expensive, but it doesn't have to be, with our collective experience and support. Are you ready for us to facilitate your own growth? Does something need to change? Physically and/ or mentally?

I have invested enormously in my own recovery and now I am invested in yours.
I personally only recommend the best of the best, that I see work time and time again, for all budgets.

​No matter what your opinion is on the mind versus physical, it is ignorant to talk about one without the other.



​What is crying if not a physical reaction to an emotion?
Why does our body hairs stand on end? Or why do we get goosebumps/chicken skin?
How much is this, or, should this be, controlled by the brain?
How can familiar music, or, certain smells make us feel something in an instant? 
​Placebo is real, so what does that say about the power of the mind?
Does that render science and physical support like nutrition, or, medication redundant?
Is medication the only way to help?
​And, does it have to be, either all made in a lab, or, all sourced straight from organic nature?
